Care must be person centred, tailored to meet your needs and preferences
You must be treated with Dignity and Respect
You/Legal Representative must give consent prior to any care or treatment
You must not be given unsafe care or treatment
You must be safeguarded from abuse/inappropriate treatment
You must meet your nutritional needs to keep you in good health
Any equipment used must be clean, suitable and well maintained
The Agency must have a complaints system in place that you can use, any issues must be investigated and action must be taken if problems are identified
The Agency must have appropriate systems and plans in place to meet the fundamental standards
The Agency staff must be competent with the correct qualifications and training to provide your support
The Agency has a Duty of Candour and must be clear and transparent about your care
