About us
Private Care Solutions was set up to provide guidance, help and assistance to individuals who privately fund their care.
Primarily formed out of the desire to provide individuals with the best level of care and an exceptional service.
With over a decade of experience within the care industry, there were common reoccurring trends that caused frustration when speaking with clients and carers:
Clients
Continuity of care: Building a relationship with the same carers over time, getting to know them and more importantly, them getting to know you.
Consistent advice and guidance: Having someone you can call who can help direct you, source services, resolve issues and find solutions to unique problems.
Unhappy with Commissioned Services: Most local authorities commission care services with local care agencies to meet your care needs, generally, these services are made up of providers that offer the greatest savings to the council and are generally awarded to the cheapest tender not necessarily the best quality of service.
Carers
Feeling Undervalued: Many dedicated, decent, hard working carers feel under valued and underpaid for the work that they do, often being rushed around and unappreciated by the care agencies they work for.
Support: key to providing an exceptional service is the right support to enable you to undertake the job.
Ethos: A lot of carers are frustrated by some of the working practices and ethos of the companies they work for, with profit taking preference over service.
As a result of these constant conversations and frustrations of others, Private Care Solutions was formed, taking a holistic and reflective approach towards the way care is provided.
